Free shipping on every order

• Delivery: 7–15 business days after your order ships

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We currently ship within the United States.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 5 for delivery by Christmas. Orders placed after December 5 may arrive after December 25.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you don't love L'Étreinte, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

How to return

• Email clientservices@maisonovale.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Send the massager back within 14 days of receiving the label, with all parts and in its original box.
• Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll refund your original payment method in full within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us a photo or short video with your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Gifts

If it was a gift, the person who placed the order can request the return; the refund goes to the original payment method.
